FET meds

So somehow I manage to remember to poke myself once daily with the Lupron shots but my vitamins are still hit and miss....ugh need to remember...I would take them in the morning but I take my Levothyroxine(thyroid) in the AM and have to take on an empty stomach and 4 hours prior to taking vitamins....really need to start remembering to take it at night before bed.

I picked up the rest of my FET cycle cocktail, some of which I already had..i.e. progesterone. The rest includes "baby" aspirin, Estradiol, Medrol, and Doxycycline....although I will be poking myself more days than the initial IVF...it is only 1 shot a day instead of the 3 per day I was taking for that 2 weeks and it is a lot less stressful because I can take it at home and don't have to take it at work....anyhow I started my period today and will start my Estradiol, baby aspirin on the 23rd along with my first U/S that day....Excited but scared at the same time.....

FET Cycle starts today

Well kinda....I started my Lupron shots today and am still on Birth control until Sunday the 12th. I am not sure what has caused it but I have a rash on the back of my neck and head that showed up around the time I started the birth control....at first I thought it was the Tylenol 3 I was taking for the horrible post IVF cramps but it is still as bad as it was when I first got it....Kind of funny and ironic that I could be allergic to birth control.  Or maybe I have become allergic to something else that I am unaware of.  Seems the older I get the more things I am allergic to.

So I am to continue the Lupron until the 23rd when I will have my first labs to see if my ovaries are suppressed enough to continue and then I will start taking Estrace and a baby aspirin every day until told to stop...at some point they will decide I am ready...will stop the Lupron and start my Progesterone shots for 5 days and add medrol, and Doxycyline to the already long list of my med cocktail. after 5 days I will have my transfer.

I should have a Pregnancy test on the 21st of march and if it is positive I have figured out that I will be due on November 28th of this year...unless it is twins then we could pretty much figure on the month prior....
